1. Delivery of Plans 
1. Your Specification Plan will be delivered digitally , in PDF format, to the email address provided.

2. Curated by Professionals
1. Each Specification Plan has been carefully curated by a professional interior designer. We use only tried, tested, and proven products to ensure that your design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

3. Non-Refundable
1. All Specification Plans are non-refundable once delivered. Due to the digital nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds after purchase and delivery. Please ensure that you review all information before submitting your order.

4. Supplier Warranties
1. Warranties for any products included in your Specification Plan are provided directly by the respective suppliers and are noted on the plans. Colour Planit is not responsible for any claims or disputes regarding product warranties.

5. Usage of Specification Plans
1. The Specification Plans are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the plans in any way without prior written consent from Colour Planit.

6. Accuracy of Information
1. While we take great care in providing accurate and current product details, Colour Planit is not responsible for any changes in availability or pricing from suppliers after the plan has been delivered.

7. No Liability for Product Issues
1. Colour Planit is not liable for any issues that arise from the use of the products specified in the plan. Any defects or issues with the products must be handled through the product supplier, whose warranty terms are provided in the Specification Plan.

8. Intellectual Property
1. All content, including but not limited to the design plans and product recommendations, are the intellectual property of Colour Planit and are protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
1. Colour Planit’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Specification Plan. We are not responsible for any indirect o r consequential losses that may occur from using the plans
