Definitions and Application

In these Terms and Conditions, “you” means the organisation or individual who is purchasing the Specification Plan on this website, “website” means www.colourplanit.com and “Specification Plan” includes product specifications and detailing instruction.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any Specification Plan from this website. You accept the following terms and conditions each time you place an order with Colour Planit Limited:

1. Delivery of Plans

   • Your Specification Plan will be delivered digitally,  in PDF format, to the email address you provide when you place an order.

2. Non-Refundable

   • All Specification Plans are non-refundable once delivered.  Please ensure that you review all information before submitting your order.

3. Warranties

   • Warranties for any products included in your Specification Plan are provided directly by the respective suppliers and are noted on the Specification Plans.

   • Colour Planit Limited  gives no warranty, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise in respect of any products included in any Specification Plan, including the condition or quality of any product.

   • Colour Planit Limited is not responsible for any claims or disputes arising with the respective suppliers regarding any product warranties.

4. Usage of Specification Plans

   • The Specification Plans are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the plans with others without prior written consent from Colour Planit.

   • Colour Planit  Limited reserves the right to take legal action against the unauthorised and unofficial sales of the Specification Plans.

5. Accuracy of Information

   • While we take great care in providing accurate and current product details, Colour Planit is not responsible for any changes in availability or pricing from suppliers after the plan has been delivered.

6. Computer Generated Images (CGI’s)

   • Computer Generated Images (CGIs) are used throughout the Colour Planit website, marketing platforms, and written documents. These images are intended as visual representations only and are not necessarily technically accurate or to scale. Colours may vary from the actual materials due to screen settings, lighting, or rendering limitations. CGIs should be referenced solely as a general indication of the possible finished result and not as a precise specification. Users should not rely solely on CGIs when making purchasing or design decisions. We recommend reviewing physical samples or confirming specifications directly with product suppliers where accuracy is important.

7. No Liability for Product Issues

   • Subject to the “Warranties” clauses in these Terms and Conditions, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Colour Planit Limited is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from any fault in any product included in any Specification Plan .

   • Any defects or issues with the products must be handled through the product supplier, whose warranty terms are provided in the Specification Plan.

   • Colour Planit Limited is not responsible for any errors or omissions on this website. 

8. Intellectual Property

   • All content, including but not limited to the any trade marks, designs, business names, domain names, copyrights, patents, design plans and other intellectual property rights and interests (whether registered or unregistered) are the intellectual property of Colour Planit Limited and are protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

   • Colour Planit Limited’s liability for any loss or damage suffered by you is limited to a refund for the amount paid for the Specification Plan. Colour Planit Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to any Specification Plans sold.

10. General

    • Colour Planit Limited reserves the right at all times to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date the updated Terms and Conditions are made available on this website.

    • These Terms and Conditions and any contractual and non-contractual obligations arising under or in connection with them are governed by the law of New Zealand.  By purchasing any Specification Plan you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
